Though we look like a motel, we operate like a vacation rental for groups and give you the keys to the entire property, from the 10 renovated guest rooms and decked-out common areas to the lounger-lined pool and five acres of fun. What’s included:
Use of the entire property and accommodation for up to 20 adults and several children
9 guest rooms outfitted with linen duvet covers and shams, down-alternative comforters, bath towels, Turkish pool towels, terry robes, Bodum electric kettle, coffee press, coffee, tea, glasses and mugs, desks, mini fridge, and shower toiletries
Large one-bedroom apartment, outfitted with the same, including a living room with ample seating, a sleeping nook and screen projector for movies, dining room with large table and side table that opens as a second dining table, fully outfitted kitchen. (Hosts may opt to use this and share the living area as a communal space for your guests.)
Parking for 11 cars
Lobby with a bar, kitchenette, coffee and tea, record player, bluetooth speakers and comfy seating around the fire stove. The bar and kitchenette features belgian waffle makers, vintage Hamilton Beach milkshake maker, seltzer maker, and more.

What’s not included:
● Housekeeping or staff - cleaners come before you arrive and after you leave. While we’re not on site during your stay, we’re available 24/7 and a short drive away.
● Food and drinks - please bring your own and feel free to whip up feasts for your guests in our fully stocked kitchen spaces.
